Probably more CMC than Moore, although I think it’ll be about whether or not they will be worth contract extension part two. CMC still has 2020 and 5th year in 2021. Since 5th year for top 10 is probably already high you’d probably just do the extension in 2021. For Moore, still 2020 and 2021. He’s got a relatively cheap 5th year so that would be 2022 and then extension.

It’s easy to see them through 2025 and 2026 respectively and then a real decision comes up, but that’s the same with anyone on the team. Clearly they are part of the rebuild though and we’ll know well before contract extension part 2 if the rebuild is working.

Detroit is not trading Stafford who is arguably a top 10 QB. If they were Carolina would be all over this. Give him CMC and Moore with Brady calling the plays this offense would be unstoppable.

That’s just how the cycles go. QB is different. You need weapons like those, even on fat contracts not only to support a new QB  but because your QB is on a rookie deal. It’s been a blueprint for quite a bit of teams not sure why the fanboys don’t grasp this.

But even if we did keep cam you’d want those weapons too although it’s be hard if cam got paid but you’d still want to keep someone around. 

You can tell the cam fanboys are just butthurt about it. Saying cmc is just as expendable as cam now? God almighty why even try to debate with someone who says and believes that? Scream for 8 years cam needs weapons....acquire weapons, unfortunately cam is gone so screw moving on and screw the new qb. Cam needed weapons but he won’t. we need to trade 23 year old playmakers to draft a 22 year old is playmakers now that’s called a ‘true rebuild’ which we must absolutely have to do and I mean it’s the same as trading cam and remember in 7 years CMC is going to be 30 and for a power RB that’s old as hell...

I didn’t think cams fanboys could be any worse holy hell I’m going to hate losing cam but this board won’t go down in quality because of it that’s for sure.

Smokescreen for someone to trade up for Tua at 3. I would consider Stafford if he is available somehow.
