Derrick Brown

So his weakness as a DT is being limited to play DT

Brown is fugging elite. But I’ve come to realize there’s a reason people have started dismissing him. He just isn’t sexy.

You see the combine and dudes running crazy 40 times, bench pressing semi trucks and jumping higher than LeBron and all of a sudden people just aren’t excited about a big interior DL without flashy numbers.

Fine with me. But I would still take Brown 3rd overall

I do like Brown a lot and would be happy with him at 7, I just think Kinlaw has a higher ceiling in the pros. Admittedly he also has higher bust potential.

I’m the same as you on regarding this. I would love Kinlaw if we can find a partner to trade back 4-5 spots with. But I feel like starting a massive rebuild, it’s super important to get the sure thing. Brown is as close to “can’t miss” as they come. If we go DT at 7 I think it’s gotta be him

    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
    • You play the Saints that is great news for your O line.
