Day three without beef or pork

I had a delish NY Strip last night. I tried something a little different. Seasoned the meat. Then I put my cast iron skillet on the grill and got it nice and hot, upwards of 450 degrees. I then threw my steaks in that bitch for a nice sear. About 9 minutes per side. fugin' A right! Was delish.

Sorry if me waking up to the fact that a cow living in a tiny stall just so it can become 15 cheeseburgers for me is wrong.

Lol, no it isn't. It's called the food chain, and human beings are on the top of it. We raise animals so we can eat them. OMNOMNOMNOM.

    • Yeah grief. Too damned familiar with it It will wreck a person   We forget about guys have lives outside of Sunday. A player going through relationship issues even, can be really affected. Divorce. or something good like a new baby right when you are trying to get your rest and get ready to play? No sleep. Tired all the time. All kinds of reasons for players to be ‘off’.  I hate hearing that a player has a newborn in football season lol.
    • Looks like a good draft, seems like we can finally not have to rely on one or two guys to do all the heavy lifting. Defense needs some work but at least rebounding seems to have improved.
