Carolina Crazy V2

The Saints are getting worse and we are getting better.

They are banged up and their defense is growing softer. They gave up 450 yards last week to the Falcons, who we allowed 75 yards less to. We also put up more yards than the Saints when we played the Falcons.

The Saints forced the Falcons into 4 field goals and we've only kicked 4 field goals in the red zone this year. We'll turn those field goals into touchdowns and play mistake-free football. Double Trouble will have a big day as we play ball-control football and don't allow the Saints to make a comeback.

We are built to hold a lead. We proved it in Arizona and we'll show the Saints this week.

    • My expectations for this upcoming season are higher than last season. That said, I can only see playoffs with a lot of things lining up. We need enough of these young players to make a meaningful impact, we need others in our division to falter, and most importantly, we need some luck in keeping this unit relatively healthy throughout the season. At full strength, this team has potential to be scrappy good but we don't have the margin of error others teams do.
    • Now get Roslovic done and start shopping for scoring, size, and a little more sandpaper.
    • I believe Granlund could be a good fit here in Carolina.  Speedy, skilled center who played the same up tempo game the Canes played in Dallas.  He won't break the bank either. It's a weak FA class overall when TDA is listed as a Top 50 FA.....or that list just sucks.
