There’s something to be said for someone who can lead in a positive constructive way, you don’t really have to be hard on people to get their best. As a manager myself it really resonates with me when he talks about making his team feel wanted and acknowledged even while they are being corrected and groomed. I truly hope all the players under him take the opportunity to be the best version of themselves
