Great tonight...hats off to their producers in creating more drama....if you can't get into a game where the low man at the table comes back to take on the top chip leader in heads up then you just don't like this show......

naw didn't see it

If you are an Ivey fan you should see if you could look that segment up. I am not a big poker fan but I know who Ivey is and loved the piece they did on him. They followed him around for something like a 24-48 hour period (as he flew around the world in his private jet) and gambled at different locations. He would walk in to a casino, play craps and walk out 20 minutes later with a few hundred thousand. Guy has the "it" factor for sure.

Yea, he gets a Million put into his account by the casino, goes to the craps table and within 20 minutes pays the Mil back and has 1.5 mil of now his money. He lets the interviewer throw dice and loses half of what he just made. Its just sick the guy can call ahead just about anywhere and say "Loan me a million dollars so I can gamble it" and it happens, no question. They then fly to, I believe its Morocco, but change their minds mid-flight and head to Amsterdam. Must be nice...

I have DVRd every episode this season, it was fun to watch. Try to learn what I can from it, but its not like you can get a whole lot out of what they show. It would be almost unwatchable if I didnt play, at least uninteresting. It is kinda cool seeing what hands people play and watching someone get bluffed out of a hand. Plus with what Moneymaker did back in '03 is an inspiration to anyone who plays. For those that dont know, Chris Moneymaker won a $40 online tournament that earned him a seat at the WSOP, which he went on to win. This guy was not a pro, didnt have to have the $10k buy in, and has the most coveted prize in the sport. Poker is awesome...

    • Former league executive and current NFL.com analyst Marc Ross recently named his top second-year breakout candidates for the upcoming campaign. Ross includes Legette, who may be helped out by his team's latest first-round selection. He writes: Legette had a slow start to his NFL career, catching 49 passes for 497 yards and four touchdowns last season. Some of the struggles can be tied to his own growing pains -- he had eight drops on 81 targets, according to Pro Football Focus -- but he had also had to navigate the quarterback shuffle between Bryce Young and Andy Dalton early in Dave Canales' first season leading the Panthers. Canales recently said he believes Carolina has a DK Metcalf-like talent in Legette, who had foot surgery this offseason but was cleared to resume work in early April, and that having a full offseason alongside Young, who took a significant step forward in 2024, could lead to a breakout result in 2025. I anticipate it will also help that Carolina invested another first-round pick in a wide receiver, Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan, to complement Legette in the pass game. McMillan's presence, however, could take some pressure off Legette—who may be able to roam around in a more natural playmaking role. With the 6-foot-4 All-American likely to take on the bulk of the volume from Young, Legette should have some cleaner shots to break out downfield and in the box score.     https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/05/06/panthers-wr-xaiver-legette-top-breakout-candidates-2025/83475176007/?taid=681a4610ede05d000149b376&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter
    • my understanding is a big time throw, could be a 5-10 yard slant to Adam Thielen given AT isn't going to separate.
