Man I am pumped I know it is only 8am in the morning but the weather looks like its going to be amazing and of course the Panthers are playing at home!

I love going to he games I always get there early to warm up my perspective from my seat. And just as the Washington game was this game will be full of opposing fans, so we need all the help we can get!

I am just wondering if anyone else was going...I am in section 542 row 11...and plan on losing my voice today :).

Here are my three ingredients, and my prediction for this one is Carolina takes this one late 17-14.

Williams is out is he not? So #3 is a big one for this game, and has more meaning for the rest of the year.

1. Hold Turner.

2. Control turnovers.

3. Establish a pass threat.

What do you guys predict?

That you will run on 3rd and long because your QB sucks!

My guess is that Fox's game plan is designed to keep it close until the very end. Predictably! Therefore, I think we fans struggle through another muttled game where we score in the first half, but get next to nothing in the second. Atlanta is just the opposite and by the 4th quarter its going to come down to who gets the ball last.

Classic Jake 4th Q drive stalls at the 25 yd line with Atlanta leading 23-21. Kasey field goal to win it.

24-23 Panthers

For some reason, I think this is one of those games.

If the defense can force Ryan into some mistakes, it could be a beautiful day!

    • This is a toughie because I wonder what a guy like Canales thinks about redemption stories for addiction issues. Also, I think this is a case of 1 player getting caught, and not being naive enough to think this isn't more common in college than we think. I'd toss a 3rd rounder out there. 2026 is essentially a redshirt season regardless, so he's not taking over for any NFL QB next year. Best case, he's ready to go in 2027 if we pass on Bryce's extension. Worst case, he's our future backup QB2. Kid has the tools to be an NFL QB. I do think we could somehow land a '26 3rd round pick back in a trade. Our past years' third rounders are: Brazzell Princely Wallace DJ Johnson Matt Corral All this to say, I could see a team like the Jets going w/ a 2nd. They have three FRPs next year.
    • Alright man! We're here for it! Just glad you're keeping the doors open!
    • I think we've seen improvement in Bryce's performance. It still isn't up to world beater status, but in Canales defense, he can say that the limitations of the player were hit. I think he survives that even if Bryce doesn't. Still, I think it's a 50/50 shot for Bryce to make it. QB is one of the toughest jobs to do in the sports world, if not the most, so the failure rate is really high, no matter the pedigree. Heck, Archie Manning gets a lot of credit as a great QB but anyone who saw his career in motion knows he wasn't really that good and he was surrounded by bottom of the bowl players. He did get it figured out with his sons, though. That grandson... maybe.
