Holy crap! Been a fan since 95'. Beating the Jets was nice but I thought we would get exposed by a real team. Fast forward and I am utterly blown away. Forget score, that was one of the most dominating performances I've ever seen. I'm speechless to what I just witnessed. Rhule was still coaching at the end. It was a piece of heaven to any old time Panther fan.

Let's not get too carried away though (I am.) The Saints thought they were the end game until that embarrassment. Let's not put the cart before the horse but you 5-7 wins guys can lick paint chips!

tbf, that "real team" was missing Michael Thomas, Tre'Quan Smith, Lattimore, Kwon Alexander, and Gardner-Johnson and their center.

It would be like if we were missing DJ, Robbie, Horn, DJax, Shaq and Paradis. Woulda been a different game.

I hope it's the same result when we play them in the Dome.

The offense still has to learn the killer mentality.  Do you think the Saints with Drew Brees would have taken the foot off the gas?  Gotta learn how to finish strong.

We did score 10 points, and gave up 0 in the 4th quarter. I would think that is pretty close to closing the game out. Right?

It wasn't as bad as last week limping to the finish line, but letting teams linger around in the second half will eventually come back to bite us in the rear.  In other words, if we can equal the first half offensive production and let the defense do their thing, this team could be very dangerous.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
