Cam is a powerful personality and he has the ability to wield that power in different ways. 

A powerful personality leads by example and inspires.........they don't go overboard showboating when successful and then towel head themselves pouting on the sidelines or in sulking in post game interviews when they fail........

Immature personalities do that.........and on a team sport they don't inspire......they cause division because the draw attention to themselves instead of focusing on the goal of the team.........
