Alright Tepper, you trusted Rhule and Co. with decisions that cost us two years of success. Time to build a staff around your stars and can these guys

rest assured if playoff contention is all but lost after today that Brady is the first lamb to go

I'm really hoping he is shitcanned tomorrow, honestly.  We all kept giving him a pass because the QB play was poo.  Now we have a REAL QB with Cam back, and he still completely poo the bed.  Fire him and give the reins over to Sean Ryan the rest if the way.  If Rhule can't lock up a playoff spot (which he likely won't with Minnesota now surging and WSH and Philly having tiebreakers over us now), he and the rest of his fuging college bullshit ass staff are gone at season's end.

Don’t count on it.

Rhule and his merry band of coaches completely blew this game.  They wasted a team that could've went to the playoffs last season with a competent QB by getting rid of Cam.  They tried it their way again and traded away valuable draft capital to acquire a QB worse than the original guy they tried to replace Cam with in Bridgewater.  Then, you intervened and brought back Cam to replace his replacements when it was clear he was always the answer to the position in the first place.  I know you were trying to give Rhule a shot to prove his worth and "build his program" and "brand."  But it's clear, once again, that he is in way over his head, as is his entire staff.  We now fix the QB problem with Cam, and the OC runs an offense that would make OCs in the 40s salivate.  The defense which you used almost all of our picks over two drafts on got completely manhandled and overpowered up and down the field all day.  Then, when it all came down to it, with the opponent up 3 points, us on our own side of the field, you and your OC decide to run conservative braindead offense as usual and you then impulsively send out your punting team on 4th down only to burn a timeout when it never should have been a question to go for it on 4th down.  If you trust your defense to hold them, 3 points isn't going to matter anyway if we're trying to win and if you believe you can get the first down it won't matter...  but, we burn the timeout then run a play that doesn't even get to the sticks.  All under undue pressure because the defense couldn't fuging stop another QB you passed up to go with your own fuging loser ideas of what a QB should be.

Rhule is a fuging idiot and Brady too.  They all have to go.

Tepper, you tried it their way, and today's loss most likely costed us a playoff spot, again, because of their ineptitude.  This loss was inexcusable and unacceptable.  And that will make two consecutive seasons that we squandered a playoff spot because of their dumbass decisions.  All while they wasted your money and draft assets and our time looking for a QB and trying to convince you the one we had wasn't it, only to realize he was...  and they still can't coach for poo.

Stick with Cam, and listen to your stars and build around him and them.  Enough is enough.  Cut bait and find a coach and staff who knows wtf they're doing.  This isn't the Big 12 or AAC.  This team, as currently constructed, is capable of so much more.

Building around Cam was something you would have done 5 or 6 years ago.   Not now.  He is a stop gap.

Doesn't matter.  What he's doing, he can still do for another 5 years.  He can still lead this team to a Superbowl with competent coaches.

He's not a stop gap. At 32 and looks to be a clean bill of health and still has speed and the arm...can have that for 5 years perhaps and still draft a guy for him to mentor that we have a replacement ready and not be caught like this again.

This wasn't a playoff team last year no matter who the QB was. It isn't one this year either.

I agree that Rhule is in over his head, but so is Tepper. Tepper can fire Rhule, but the problem at the top will remain.

False. We lost 7 games by one score and had the worst redzone offense in the NFL.

I'm not saying hes not a decent player.  I'm saying hes not what so many on here want him to still be.  There are multiple reasons hes been sitting on his couch for months.   There are definitely Cam haters dont get me wrong.  There are also people that are blinded by Cam and what he did for us in the past.  Then there are also Cam realists.  Most of us are instantly lumped in as haters though.

⬆️That part.  Which is why I constantly cite it as fact that we squandered a playoff team last season.  Just as we are doing this season.

As far as Tepper, it remains to be seen, but as of right now, it's not looking good.  Again, the fact he handed the keys completely over to this college hack and his staff, as well as letting them talk him into releasing the franchise QB that they ended up needing to bring back to save them...  it isn't looking good at all.

I believe the Fitterer hire was an absolute homerun, as well as the FO staff they brought in around him - Sulaiman, Morgan, etc.  But all of it is for naught if you got a poo coaching staff, which we clearly do.

I didn't call you a hater. I was wanting to see his health and specifically his shoulder. Everything checks out and his speed is actually looking better than I thought. At only 32 years old and being healthy as he's been in years we can have him for a rookie contract length at least.

Doesn't matter how many points they lost games by. What matters is they lost them. If you're going to play the if game, then even with a different QB, things could have went a different way making the Panthers lose the games anyhow.

Like I replied to Fox007, you can't play what if. Even with a better QB, what if the other teams played better and the Panthers still lost? What matters is that the team lost and wasn't a playoff team last season.

Don't forget Tepper keeping Rin and Marty too long as well as letting Marty pick Rhule as huge mistakes.

As for Fitt, it's too early to say for sure how he'll turn out. That said, so far he seems more of a rubber stamp for Rhule's decisions than a true GM.
