Supposed Schefter report without any source cited for actual comment (if one was made): Panthers have reached out to GreenBay inquiring about Rodgers

That was his offer. It wouldn't cost that much if he does become available.

Packers fans were saying that would take our two 2nd round picks for him.

I would not give them anything for him. I would ask for picks to take him.

Colin is out of his mind if he thinks the Panthers should give up that much for Rodgers.  If that's what the cost will be let the prick go to the Jets.

Cowherd - "Carolina is a free agent market, guys want to play there".

What the fug is he talking about?  I'm from Charlotte, love my city, but I've lived in Los Angeles and Dallas for the last 30 years, and there is zero chance I would move back to Charlotte for career or personal reasons until I retire and no longer care about going out and doing poo.

    • It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?
    • I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.
    • K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
