I'm never a fan of using completion percentage as your primary measure of accuracy. They're just too many factors that can skew it one way or another.

I know it's not really possible for a fan to do this on a large scale, but if you want to judge accuracy the best way is just to watch a guy's throwing.

its a on target aka ball placement pct.

how often he hit the guy perfectly, catch or dropped

I would have to assume he knew that Will Levis did not have an 89% completion percentage lol
