I can send a video from one end of the country to the other from a phone that is not plugged into anything, within a matter of seconds.

Yet I cannot watch a football game without the screen going dark or freezing up constantly. I hate FOX. What kind of technology are they using to relay the video, the fuging pony express?

it has to be local, I live in Alaska and have Directv and have no problems what so ever

I have Directv and picture went black 4-5 times during the game (but the sound was just fine) so it isn't directv. Most likely the beam from Fox Charlotte to the satellite. This isn';t the first time it has done this for panthers games.

i remember last year against the broncos there was like no audio the entire game. really awkward watching such an exciting game and hearing crickets chirp

Look it up on Google. FOX HD (Time Warner) is the ONLY channel that causes issues all over the U.S. My game froze (about 5 seconds) at least eight times. Earlier in the season my DVR would stop recording the game due to FOX HD's issues. They fixed that thankfully.
