Plenty of space outside the perimeter of the parking lot. My guess is the west side of the arena.

South is the stadium and fairgrounds; east is the indoor practice facility and north is roadway.

I would think it’s going to be something pretty similar to what The Braves did with The Battery. A brewery. Lots of cool shops hotels and restaurants.  Keep everyone around that area as a fun day.

Is it me or does a 150 room hotel seem kind of low for the amount of big concerts that come through that area.

I’m guessing this is a <5 year plan then. Perhaps sooner. fug ya boys, media can’t ignore is anymore(but they are still not a mention on NHL.com I’ve seen).

Yes, one would think it would be the west side of the arena.

If it’s anything like The Battery then it will be the premier destination in the NHL.
