TV Sports Broadcasts in 4K (or not)

Allegiant for the SB in Feb shouldn't have any infrastructure restraints, considering its newness. But it's not known if SB will be filmed in native 4k or not this year

Cabling and switchers are the main issue with how the filming and cameras are done. Going from 1080p to 4k requires 4x cabling and video switchers. 

 

They'd have to go from a 100 cameras down to 25 because of just the video switchers alone.
