Saints fan with questions about Panthers stadium

Hey all,

I'm likely coming in for the Saints/Panthers game now that we absolutely need to win it.

I'm a complete New Orleans softie and I want to have access to the club lounges since it will likely be freezing. My question is about the different club levels:

There is level 1 (most expensive)

Level 2 (medium expensive)

Level 3 (least expensive)

Lower Premiums (club access)?

Do all of these sections have equal access to the club lounges, or are there facets of Club 1 that I won't be able to enjoy if I only have Club III tickets?

Also - at a game like this I'd expect there to be some no-shows in the best club tickets (since there are a lot of corporate tickets, etc) - is it easy for me to snag an unoccupied seat in Club 1 if I only have a Club 3 ticket?

Thanks much.

If you try to snag an unoccupied seat, Security will frog-march you out the back door and kick your ass in the alley.

Seriously? In the club level for the last game of the year for a team that has long been eliminated and there will be 33% no shows? That would be unlike any other NFL stadium.

I get if you have an upper level nosebleed and tried to get into the club sections, but if you are already in the club sections and have the stamp/pass I don't see how that would happen.

But thanks for the response - I'm trying to get a sense of what it's like.

First...... we have to many fans of opposing teams at our stadium every game so we would prefer you stay home.

As far as inside the stadium there will be plenty of empties to move around. If you want to be in a club seat you need a ticket to get access to those, but once in moving around is easy. Besides club level its only lower and upper level. (of coure you have the suites, but you cant buy single tix for them)

I own two tickets but for some games will scalp more so my whole family can go or if my wife is using the tixs I scalp for me and a friend or my son. For a game like this one, I would buy the cheapest seat to just get in and sit where ever I want. I have done that before, many times, and have never had a problem. It just takes some skill to get to some of the better empty seats.

I am ready to see a Saints beatdown on Sunday. Even without Steve playing, we run the ball down these punks throats and send them back to the swamp dragging ass into the playoffs. They have been exposed and I want to send them into the playoffs with a big fat

I will admit right here that I am a total cold weather puss. I cannot stand cold weather. Walking back and forth to lunch today I wanted to punch somebody because it was way too cold.

But I will be out EARLY next Sunday for the tailgate and wear what I need to in order to keep as warm as I can. I will stand next to the fire barrel, drink hot apple cider with rum or whatever...and then warm up cheering my ass off for my non playoff bound team.

Well sir our stadium would be unlike any other stadium in the NFL, we have our own set of rules.

1. Do not clap louder than a golf clap

2. Do not verbally root for your team

3. DO NOT absolutely under no circumstances are you allowed to stand up.

4. Do not remove any clothing

5. Do not sit near anyone that might decide they don't like you because security will be notified.

Following these guidelines will make your experience here a lot easier and we hope you enjoy your visit.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A million thank yous.

The reason I want to sit in the club level is multi-faceted.

A) I want to be able to get out of the cold

B) I want to keep an eye on the Vikings/Giants

C) I want to be able to buy mixed drinks and healthy food

D) I enjoy the club level views the best - they're the most expensive seats for a reason

Finally, I want to tell you all that I thought one of the classiest moments in NFL Fandom history is how so many Panthers fans cheered the Saints when they ran onto the field in Week 1 of 2005. What a great gesture. I expect this to be a really tough game but without Steve Smith (and with Fox's job seemingly safe now) I can't see how the Panthers will have the weapons or desperation to beat the Saints.

Our defense is greatly underrated - we gave up 10 points to the Bucs yesterday. The ST and Offense did the rest. Our problem is that our offense hasn't been holding up their end of the bargain.

Cheers.

Yes, the 300 and 400 level havel equal access, but not to luxery boxes (400 level). The stadium has people posted at every box. Ushers are very strict in the club level. Remember, this is a PSL stadium and almost every seat is sold, so unfamiliar faces stand out. When I have sat down there, ushers will ask you to show your ticket and even fans will ask who you are.

The ONLY thing I like about the club level is they sale liquor as well as beer. Well, you can go inside if the weather gets to you, but that's for softies.

    • With the contract money an OT first rounder makes you can ALWAYS get a new girlfriend.  And probably an upgrade at that.  You only got 2 parents.
    • Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.
    • Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
