The Other Teams

Does anyone have some teams that they aren't necessarily fans of but occasionally cheer for them?

I sometimes don't mind rooting for the Texans because Schaub, Andre, & Daniels are fun to watch.

If they aren't playing the panthers then I'll cheer on the Bears.

Otherwise it's whoever is against another NFC south rival or the Cowgirls and Cheaters.

I occassionally cheer for almost everyone at some point in time...other than the lambs and the cowgirls

The Browns. I have ties to cleveland and there's a soft spot in my heart for them. But it's a pretty distant second.

Oh, and I pull for the packers because it's my wife's team and I like to see her happy.

Jacksonville. I have family down there, and of course they came into the league the same year as the Panthers.

It doesn't hurt that they play a similar game to the Panthers (run the ball, play good defense).

I am with you on the Texans thing and for the same reason. I really wish they made the playoffs.

I also like the Ravens but only because of my unhealthy mancrush Flacco, John Harbaugh and especially Ray Rice.

In fact, one wall in my son's room is dedicated to Ray Rice and Andre Johnson memoriabilia

I tend to cheer for the individual players and not so much for another team as a whole. Payton Manning, Joey Porter (I know him from Bakersfield and my wife works with his), and any Defensive Player that isn't afraid to hit some one.

Not that hard of one, I just want a good game if they play, don't really care which one wins.
