Plaxico Burress did... he tried to go on work release... access DENIED! Thought it was kinda funny. First the poor guy shoots himself in the leg and loses all street cred country wide... then he is one of the few superstars to get rejected of favorable treatment. Sucks for you Plax

Well... I understand putting him away. I mean an unregistered gun, which he must not know how to use very well, seeing he shot himself... what if it had been some random person in the club and they ended up dying because of it? Sure we cant play the what if game, but most citizens would have ended up much worse off than Plax. He deserved punishment.

It should be an outrage he's in prison at all, much less the millions of money he's losing all because he accidently shot himself in the leg.

That wasn't why he went to jail. Carrying a concealed unregistered gun in New York without a permit is a felony. Stupidly shooting himself in the leg is the way they found out he had a concealed weapon. He was an unlucky dumbass. It wasn't like he didn't have the money to register it. Personally I don't want anyone that stupid carrying a deadly weapon.

You cant register a gun in New York though. There crazy ass mayor made sure of that. Every Registration has to go threw him and be approved. NYC is a police state. The sad part is he is serving more time for a damn gun(15 years) then if he would have just raped someone on the dance floor(6 years).

Didn't know about the registration restrictions. But I do agree the punishment was excessive and he was made an example. But if you know how nuts they are ahead of time, why take the chance. If he was worried about his safety he could have easily hired a bodyguard. If it is about street cred, he surely has it now.

Well if it was me I would not have had it because of the reason I stated above. NYC seems to target black people as well cause LIL Wayne is going to jail for the same thing after his tour bus was pulled over and they found a gun.

Gee do you think they are targeting them because they are black and they believe all black people carry guns, or they got caught because they are so stupid as to have a gun that gets discovered when they do something else wrong. It happens every day, you read about it because they are celebrities.

Waits for KK to come busting in throwing around the race card.............

You think if Burris hadn't shot himself he would have been arrested? You think this was the first time he was packing a gun? Reminds of the guy who is running down the street with a TV on his shoulder with no shoes or shirt at 2 in the morning yelling unfair profiling when he gets stopped by the police.

      My tailoring green idea was not for him to be the starter but to add some value beyond just a developmental quarterback I think size speed is something Bryce doesn't have he has those and would immediately feel the fourth and one package and possibly red zone and some power packages for us

      Do you have against Willis I believe you're around when we have the draft with corral and Willis were on the board and me personally I was banging the table for Willis as early as round one but a lot of people thought corral was better but it's amazing with a little coaching and time can do with me I always go with potential and upside versus oh the guy just plays football you know sometimes that's not enough

      I know or needs and this probably isn't with a lot of people want but if he's available at 19 I don't think you can discount that he would be the best player on the board I think with 43 speed he's as fast as leggette. 63240 something he would stretch the field  Strike fear over the middle of opposing linebackers and also probably cure our long time history of no serviceable tight end since Greg Olsen I think a lot of needs like tackle maybe linebacker could be filled and free agency to the point like they did last year where we fix a lot of this and draft the best player we can on the board.  After his combine and the numbers in the 43-in vertical I'm not sure that he will be available but if he is I bet that he's highly considered what say you
