Samsonov in net tonight, so the Canes won't see him Sunday nite.

Toronto 9-0-1 their last 10 games.

I agree with the announcer, they need to do something about teams wasting time in OT games.

Ya. Should be something like if you don’t cross the attacking blue line in a certain amount of time, fair enough to make a full change but not much longer, the other team gets the puck as a free line rush at the red line and the offending team can’t cross across their blue line until the puck crosses it. 
 

So basically the non offending team gets a free head of steam crossing the zone.
