Did anyone hear what Revis said about Smitty?

Was watching the game earlier and noticed one of the announcers say "Revis said that Steve Smith(CAR) & Andre Johnson were the best receivers he's ever had to cover." ?? I don't know if I was hearing things but I could have sworn he said that.

I heard it, he also used the word "slouch" to describe Moss and T.O. while he used "competitor" to describe Smitty and Ocho Cinco and the word "beast" to describe Andre Johnson.

Can't wait to see the fallout from the "slouch" thing, the funny part was that Deion didn't bother to disagree or question that... LOL

Ironic if true. Smith had one catch for 5 yards, which I guess shows how bad our QB was if Revis says Smith is the best and he only had one catch.

Just because a WR dose not catch a ball ageist a CB dose not mean he sucked. His routes and his separation speak alot. Also Im sure he watch alot of film on Smith as well.

In that Jets game Jake was BRUTAL - I mean worse then his previous horrible games. If that game was held in Charlotte Jake and Fox would have been booed out of the stadium. I think the only reason why he kept Jake in the game was because it was on the road. I was there and so pissed off I was ready to go out on the field and beat Fox over the head.

(AP) — It had been a while since the Carolina Hurricanes had finished practice, with players coming and going from the locker room. Yet Logan Stankoven was still on the ice, leaving a crowd of reporters patiently waiting at his locker. Such is the dynamic for the 23-year-old as the Eastern Conference's top seed heads into Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to face the Philadelphia Flyers. Stankoven has been rolling at nearly a point-per-game pace going back to mid-March, including scoring in every game of Carolina's first-round sweep of Ottawa. Beyond the immediacy of that spotlight, though, is the other piece of Stankoven's story: the Hurricanes are betting he can keep growing into the role as second-line center, coming after spending multiple seasons searching for an answer there.
