Well to be fair both of them were deflections.

Nah, not the Colorado game. He’s “closed” the five hole and now he’s sitting too low. And can’t see the pucks. He’s not even turning his head on most of them.

Yes tonight. Not in Denver.

If we are going to go back and nit pick every game then we might as well just say our entire team is garbage.

Everyone is entitled to a bad game, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they need corrective eye surgery though lol.

Neither Andersen or Raanta are saving the goals that were scored tonight. So saying we need so and so in net is pointless.

Nit pick? Oh come now. Koch ain’t it. I’ve watched him and hope he would be. So far he ain’t it. Andersen will be fine. Mister one softy is better than 3 softies our other goalies let in.

we’ve had one of our best efforts tonight. Dunno what to tell you man.

Kochetkov is still only 24 and effort doesn’t lead to goals, skill does.

And the effort was horrible on the second goal against. Watch the replay, Barre-Boulet was wide open in front of Kochetkov but PK forced him wide and Barre-Boulet threw a puck back up to the blue line. Instead of one of the defensemen picking up Barre-Boulet, he was left all alone in front of PK and had an easy tap in on the pass from Raddysh.

Seems like losing is getting us riled up with eachother   Let’s all just take a breath and hope rod gets this figured out

The defense looks better  that is bread and butter   Get Svech back and hope we score a lot and play good D

still hope in this game…

If it makes you mad skip a week or two I 100% guarantee you they won't continue to suck.

We weren’t trash in the 2nd, we were the better team and had 11 SOG to the bolts 6. Had some good looks at net but misfired. Stumpy nailed it, Canes have a propensity to give up late period goals. Same thing last year too.  Not sure if it’s keeping lines on the ice too long and guys are tired or we just let up for some reason. Anyway let’s score goals in the 3rd boys.

Personal opinion but I think the group read the news paper clippings.

We were off-season champs, preseason champs, and paper champs.

Once the team realizes that they still have to play the games and then starts to gel, they should be alright.

I liken it to the Lakers last year. They knew they were good but half-assed the regular season.

Possibly I think committing the most penalties in the league has something to do with it too we spend an entire PERIOD in the box every game...

Good news is the refs always start to swallow the whistles after about the tenth game.

    • I think i like the Oregon Safety better
    • Do you see the vision?  As of now our Carolina Panthers don’t have an identity. We are not an offensive powerhouse and on defense we only started getting it together towards the end of the year last year. In my opinion we are much closer to having an incredible defense that scares the daylights out of people. I say the answer is simple and we fully commit to that possible identity.    Emmanuel McNeil Warren (E man)  This guy is like a shark lurking around ready to attack anyone. Fearless. He is easily a top 20 talent in my eyes, and the only reason he isn’t more talked about is because he’s from Toledo. Do your due diligence as panther fans and watch his tape I beg you. Once you’re done watching let me ask you this, if you dropped E - Man into the strong safety spot on the Buckeyes, he isn’t being talked about as one of the best prospects we’ve seen in some time given the skill set you see with this guy? I think so. Put his name on the card and turn it in at 19.    Jacob Rodriguez  High effort, High energy, High IQ guy that flies around the field. We all know Jacob at this point. My only concern is he’s a little bit too good and I’m not sure he makes it to us at our pick in the second. With the additions of Jacob and E- Man I think our defense goes to top 5 in the league. We would have a duo of linebackers that rival anything we’ve had in our past. I’m not a GM so I don’t know what the possible answer could be, but if there’s a way we can comfortably trade up in the second to secure this guy I think we find a way to do it.    Spend the rest of our picks fixing the O - line.    Thoughts Panthers fans? Who’s the ideal duo for yall?
    • OL is arguably much more important to the success of a young QB. (Or any QB)
