Rod needs to make some actual changes. No more chopping up lines. Bring up Suzuki, Pomo, whoever else in the pipeline that might provide a spark.

Bench Orlov, bench KK, I’m not as down on Necas as everybody else, but sit his ass too. Hell, sit Aho if you have to. Gotta get the meassage through to these guys.

Yeah, eventually something has to change. I know Rod probably still believes this is correctable but we are a pretty good ways into this and it doesn't seem to be working.

Now, in Rod's defense, we have had another season under him of a bunch of line changes before things started clicking. Maybe this is another one.

I am still mostly worried about the goalie situation. We have absolutely no safety net for sluggish offense or a few mental errors. Mistakes are just too easily scored on. That has to stop.

I know plenty of you keep defending this situation but the stats aren't an accident. Also consider how often we force those mistakes and get stoned by supposedly average goalies. Our guys have extreme difficulty with that.

    • https://x.com/4thand1show/status/1975274357174784272?s=46   saw this this morning and came to post something similar. I didn’t just love the team or the wins, I loved those dudes man. They put everything they had out there every Sunday. You didn’t see a rep where anybody on that field was low effort in that era, and if you did they were quickly sent packing.
    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
