One of the better DE's on the market. None of them will command what peppers wants so we're saving money anyway. Is Elvis Dumerville going to be free?

That assumes Richardson is planning on spending it. With no cap or spending floor this year, I suspect he will take that 20 million and when we cut Kemo take the other 9.3 million he saves and reduce payroll. He doesn't need to pick up anyone in free agency at DE and has already got his first rounder in this year's draft a year early in Brown.
