Lmao how is anyone still buying this

I know every time Bryce checked into the wrong play all I thought was “wow so cerebral look at that processing”

Who should we believe?

The random internet troll that nobody likes or the 41 year old hotshot coach that has gotten great results out of 3 QBs.

Seriously, why are you even here?  You don't contribute anything to any conversation.  Just antagonize people.

Bryce young against Tampa this season

15/31 178 yards 1 int 5.7 ypa
11/18 94 yards 5.2 ypa

He also fumbled both games

it’s either you believe your eyes or a pervert evangelical who wrote a book about how much he loved that one scene with harmony, Tory lane and Eve Lawrence

Honestly, it's worth watching.

There are some fluff moments like in every presser.   But you really get a feel for why he was the guy.

He CHOSE this job to work with Bryce.  Said the passing offense will be based on the things Bryce does well and not force Bryce into plays that he can't excel at.

He considers last year a learning year and is basically getting the #1 pick with an extra year of experience.

It may not workout with Bryce but having the HC be completely behind you will give him the best chance.   Especially with the quick passing game.

Morgan did not impress me, but I don't think he likes the stage and microphone.  Dogs...Dog fight....Fear the logo (a cat).  I think he is going to be fine if left to do what he does best. And I agree with him, fwiw.  Just a bit awkward.  This was a like a front office pep rally.

Canales has genuine enthusiasm--the type of personality that makes you wonder what he is trying to sell.  Loved the emotion towards his wife, the refusal to answer David Newton's questions about the franchise's coaching transitions, etc. He is going to be special.  I think he will be the coach here for as long as the teppers will stay out of the way.

You almost tried to talk football.  But you couldn't help yourself but reverting back to the internet troll in your heart.

Canales’ wife has no pictures of her husband on her Instagram. Probably nothing.

I agree, Dan is a little awkward.  But what came across to me was genuine passion to rebuild the culture and physicality that defined the Panthers when he was here.

    • Right and I think we can have a conversation about that. But even with the scheme he should still be able to muster more than 1.5 sacks right? I mean DJ Johnson played in Evero's scheme too but that didn't stop us from calling him a bust. Scourton didn't seem to have trouble flashing. There can be different things true at one time.
    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
