i'm not allowed to vote on any polls for some reason, but i say pike. we already had 3 qbs, plus armanti in an emergency. from what i've seen of his videos, i don't think he has what it takes to compete with moore or clausen, so it was a waste in my opinion.

it will always and forever be PIE! id like to have some...

No one should hate pie....no matter when its picked and no matter what is paid for it.

And the point was who do you guys hear getting the most criticism so far? I hear mostly critics of the Edwards pick, but Clausen haters and people still upset over not having a first are still plenty prevelant.

Lafell. I would have rather gotten Williams (damn you Titans) and thats with my usually hesitation with USC receivers. Roberts would have been nice as well. Also hated the Pike pick but its hard to hate a late round pick consider how little risk there is involved.

Well if we're talking this year, i dont "hate it" more so than it irritated me...and that is the Jordan Pugh pick. That pick showed me that they wanted Martin to stay at CB. Otherwise Pugh would be wasted as a 3rd string FS. The other CB picks were ok since Wilson is on the buble and if he didnt perform, we could just cut him.

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
