You didn't like NoDaRyeZ'd? That's my favorite beer from NoDa Brewing (the Coco Loco is a very close second).

It was OK. I think I was pissed because they charge $15 for the beer and $6 for the growler which is not exchangeable. That's pretty damn stupid. I've never seen another brewery charge you for a growler that is not exchangeable.

Sitting at foothills brewing in winston. Sexual Chocolate stout and Hoppyum IPA are both excellent choices.

I read today that foothills is putting some away in bourbon barrels, and they will bring it out in the spring.

They've done that every year for the last couple of years. It's great. I think it's released in the summer, though.

I picked up a small news paper on my way out of foothills the night i went. I think its called Southern Brew News. That's where I read it.

My barrel aged stout will be ready in a little less than three weeks. I can't wait to try it.
