Well he isnt doing it behind his back, he's doing it pretty openly. (Tho I suspect he's regret saying anything of the like to his face.) However, I agree that his beef with Smitty is fairly petty and b^tch like.

hiding behind a computer isn't open. Florio won't even talk to him on the phone on live radio.

I found some Mike Florio tweets. I don't know what you guys are talking about, I don't see any thing bashing Steve Smith. SHow Me:

"Went to my cousins highschool football camp in Utah. A couple of teammates started going at it. Figures, they are playing in the State Steve Smith went to college in."

or this one:

"Played some Fight night round four with some guy last night. Kept using the same cheap shot.Maybe Steve Smith taught him how to play."

or this:

" got into a little Fender bender with some guy last night. Hit me out of nowhere. Steve smith was probably his driving instructor."

You guys must be crazy cause I just can't see it.

It looks more and more like he's the only one who reported the truth about how the alleged arm got broken. And, like it or not, it probably was in violation of Smitty's contract. If it were a more severe injury, the Panthers would be justified in refusing to pay him. As it is, I'm sure Smitty had to go to the principals office.

first off, before you call anyone "crazy" do a fact check and do more research.

That's fine, but it's the latest in a series of boneheaded moves by a player who has been far too reckless for his own good. Though not on par with sucker punching a teammate (twice), Smith should know by age 31 that he has no business risking injury while playing flag football with other adults.

And so he technically has breached his contract. The question is whether the Panthers will do anything about it. Given that the head coach is a lame duck and the G.M. has yet to sign an extension to a contract that expires this month, look for the powers-that-be to look the other way.
