Everette Brown haters

dude's gonna tear it up this year. between him, charles johnson, brayton, and hardy on the line i think we're gonna have one of the better d-lines in the league.

I agree. Even before the draft, I said that I was far more confident in our defensive ends than our tackles. Grabbing Hardy in the draft just added another good end for us.

I really can't stand the word "hater". Just because somebody isn't impressed with one player doesn't mean they hate them. It's just a petty tactic to discredit others that a person disagrees with.

I'm not confident in Jarrett but it doesn't mean I hate him or want him to fail.

Brown wasn't all that impressive last year. When it comes down to it his lower weight isn't an excuse. He should be deservingly held to a high standard because of what we gave up to get him. I think anybody who isnt' impressed tonight probably isn't being fair. But if somebody wants to wait to see more then they aren't a hater.

I'm still trying to figure out why people think Brown was so bad last year. I thought he was actually pretty good, for a rookie who got limited playing time. He didn't get a lot of sacks, but he got plenty of hurries and helped his teammates get sacks, which is just about as good. Also I wish everybody would stop assuming that he, or any other DE, can't play the run just because they don't weigh 290lbs. It's not just about how big you are, it's about how quickly you can read the play, use leverage, and get off of blocks. I saw Peppers get blocked out of running plays plenty of times, because he was too straight up.

lol typical panther forums poo

trash posters who freak out about armanti sucking nuts,

then claim all glory with a top 5 defense/team because hardy and brown etc are doing good.

if preseason means absolutely nothing than who cares what kind of defense/sacks are being racked up.

    • We have our own issues with Bryce but it’s crazy how this franchise was dragged through the media the last 2 years for missing out on CJ Stroud and Caleb Williams   *whispers* Bryce played better than both of them in the playoffs the real mistake was mortgaging the future for Bryce when Drake Maye could have been there the next year
    • This board has a meltdown over literally everything. It means nothing.
    • O-line: 1 major player for Tackle (draft or FA) and a Center (if we don't resign Mayes). WR: Low pick or good FA signing? D-LIne: Def need a NT and a DE/OLB who can rush the QB. FA or Draft? TE; I don't know what they want to think of what they do? MLB: I think it's out 1st rd pick, but getting another in FA wouldn't hurt, thoughts? DBs; We need another sticky QB to play more man when needed. Again a 1st or 2nd rd pick IMO.  S: Everybody says we need a rangy centerfielder, draft or FA? Would you take one high in the draft? I don't use players because there are no guarantees who's there, just asking what makes sense. We know they'll fill "all" the holes in FA and then draft, so which FA are the better ones and which are just 1 year fillers? My thought: FA - Big DT, DE/OLB & MLB. 2 of 3 as those take a which to develop. Draft: MLB or Tackle, DB in the 2nd, DE/OLB in the 3rd. I think they need a solid T if Icki doesn't return better than before and Moton is getting old.  I also think thy need to resign BC on the O-line.
