best buy is just empowering the consumer to read the f*ck up about it yourself and go find it your f*cking self.

really now that we live in the information age how hard is it to do

that's exactly what i do before i go shopping most of the time, and it works well. i usually don't need help to find something. it's easier than expecting people who get paid poo for what they do to know whether or not they have any single thing in the store

if you're buying stuff at best buy you aren't reading up enough.

I guess I've just always done this (asking employees) off routine from the good ole' 90s. Still do in Lowes/Home Depot, Costco, etc. etc. :D

Its not that I can't find it myself, I enjoy giving people a job to do rather than having them stand around looking like their doing something.
