Darin Gant's Tweet on Jarrett

To be honest, Jarrett not being out there makes me question my football knowledge as a whole. He catches everything thrown to him, and after 3 years of never being given a chance because of Moose, he had a perfect scenario to start today and didn't. I swear this guy must have been caught sleeping with Fox's daughter or something. He absolutely will not play him under any circumstance.

If I were him, I'd say fug this team too. Watch him pick up somewhere else as a solid, contributing #3.

Yeah, I was getting ready to post this had the server not been so slow... I wish Jarrett would just quit. I'm tired of hearing about him. Please quit DJ, so we have to go get another WR. Then again, we'll probably just go sign Hunter Cantwell back in his place. Who needs WRs anyway?

Again, please quit DJ so you can re-unite with Pete Carroll.

And what does this say about our coaches/front office's football IQ?

So Jarrett was being talked about as a possible cut. He makes the team and is on the active gameday roster last week as the #3 WR. Lafell's out, so we activate Gettis and he gets not only the start over the supposed #3 WR, he plays almost the entire game. The issue yet again is, why was Jarrett even on this roster? We may as well cut him if he doesn't quit and bring up Trent Guy. I'm tired of having this stupid ass discussion.

Jarrett played like 5 snaps today. He doesn't get the chance.

However, if Fox isnt going to play him over rookies....he should have been cut and talent brought in. No matter how you view it, it is another example of poor roster mgmt. No point bashing Jarrett....just another example of Fox being an idiot.

I'm with you overall, but it's hard to feel any sympathy at all for him when he's had 4 years and even this week I heard he was throwing another party, on top of his alcohol issues, DUI and huge car wreck he's had since being here.

    • 339. WR Moose Muhammad III, Texas A&M Muhammad, the son of former NFL wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad II, is adept at using his body to keep coverage defenders away from the ball. He generated a 119.8 passer rating when targeted in 2024, ranking 25th in the draft class. 255. WR Kobe Hudson, UCF Hudson brings point guard-like movement to the receiver position and makes for a fun watch due to his short-area quickness. But his limited long speed and questionable catch rate likely make him a mid-round projection. 183. DI Jared Harrison-Hunte, SMU Harrison-Hunte is an intriguing prospect to develop, considering he has the frame to fill out and flashes very good athleticism (4.86-second 40-yard dash, 1.69-second 10-yard split). He needs to improve his pad level, but he uses his athleticism effectively to defeat blocks at the line of scrimmage, posting 44 pressures with eight sacks in 2024. 171. G Luke Kandra, Cincinnati Kandra's athleticism and measured approach to the game give him the floor of a solid zone scheme backup and an average starter's ceiling. The end result will depend on his ability to play with better pad level and flexibility.
