But...The Bucs are only older than the Panthers on average by about 3 months...
so? they've already got their new coach, they've had their new QB in place for a year, and they had some really nice early draft picks the past couple years.

long term we've got the makings of a better team than them...of course that largely depends on what the next coach does.

sorry if my unicorn just farted in your general direction.

The F.O. choice and the JR choice are almost the same, in my eyes, except JR isn't being cheap, he's just doing what he has to do as a business man.
it's like someone watching the stock market and getting ready for a little crash. you do what you have to to limit the damage and put yourself in a better position for after the crash is over.

in a couple years everyone is going to be praising JR for his acumen and foresight.
