Matt Moore = "It's a big deal man". A leader and another reason to thank him...

And I've talked to Matt and Jimmy before...they're both good guys. Jimmy is someone I can relate to a bit easier, and I like him as a person. But to be fair I like both as people. Like Mr. Scot, I tend to pull for people who I think are good people. I knew a Panthers player who was regarded as a total dick but is actually a totally awesome guy, too bad he had an awful rap here.

They both are nice guys, but neither are good qb's, but I hope one will step up and be what we need

They both have the potential to be very good...more of Moore's game vs NYG last year or Jimmy's game vs NO this year, from a passing perspective, would lend itself to the belief that they can be viable options.

If I were the Giants, i'd sign Matt to a deal, as a special team guy for trick plays since he completed more passes to them in the green zone

mr scot don't be a bitch i know you're old but damn

He copies other people's stories, he's not being a B, just someone has called him out. I've read the same great stories on other blogs he posts on here as his, and the next time he does it I will show you!

Not just old. Also grumpy

To be honest though. I've had something percolating in my head for a week or two. Now is as good a time as any to write it.

Got lazy about the coaching profiles this week because I'm on vacation. Likely get back to that next week.

Here's your chance :D

Use your head, leave a div 1 school and go to a junior college with no football program. when you had offers at like 5 schools in div 1 for a transfer if you qualified. Ok, i'll go to junior college for my health, makes sense to me if I want to play in the NFL!

Actually that JC is always in the national title hunt so they obviously do have a football program. How many lies are you going to tell?

Mav what I have been telling is the truth. He wanted to transfer because Dorrell told him he would have no chance at starting and it was now Olson's team so he wanted to go somewhere where he could compete. He wasn't sure where that was.

Edit: That's what your last article was about. Moore heard Dorrell over the headset say the team was Drue's no matter what. Doesn't sound like a fair competition especially after Moore won the job in spring ball. So many lies Catdaddy when will it stop???????????????

His parents and his future wife lived in Valencia, where COC is located, so he went there. Then was offered a ride to Oregon State and took it. Not sure where the guy gets the "offers from 5 schools" garbage but he's literally full of lies. He tried to convince us he was a UCLA grad earlier lol.

    • No, the casual fan gets sucked into THIS^^^ kind of thinking, and it's so woefully incorrect that it's almost sad. The first is what I've said numerous times, NOTHING about non guaranteed contracts save the billionaire owners a single penny, because they still have to spend their cap floor, and the only reason teams ever don't spend the full limit, is to then roll it over into the next season to be able to spend more that year. But in the end, owners pay the same amount of money no matter what. The reverse is also the same, that the players in totality make the same amount of money as well, because in your example of Clowney not getting that money this year, it will go to another player, as the cap needs to be spent. And you say how we just cut Clowney after we gave him the 2 year contract, but everyone including Clowney's agent and himself, knew when it was signed, that it was more likely to be a 1 year contract than a 2 with how it was structured.  The 2nd year was just to be able to spread out the cap hit and he was always most likely going to end up getting traded or cut. It's why agents and players don't care about the total money in a contract, it's always and only been about the guaranteed money, as the years and overall value are meaningless, always have been, always will be.
    • Agents will have their 1st round picks hold out until the pay structure of their contract is to their liking, not how much money they'll get or even how much is guaranteed, just the when/how they will get the money over the course of the contract. If they're willing to recommend those players hold our, do you really think they won't do it for 2nd rounders to guarantee them an extra 10% of their entire rookie contract?
