The Walking Dead

New series starting on AMC tomorrow. Based on a graphic novel that I heard was pretty brutal. I'll have my DVR set for it.

I watched a show on IFC last night called "Dead Set", which was basically Big Brother with zombies. Apparently everybody outside the Big Brother house turned into zombies, and the contestants were trapped.

AMC is putting out some great programing lately. Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Rubicon. (I think I was the only person watching Rubicon, but it is a great show).

This show should be another great one.

I watched Rubicon even started a thread asking if anybody was watching, I believe I did one for The Walking Dead too.

Rubicon might not come back, didn't get enough ratings so they will need a big DVD push.

I liked Rubicon a lot. Hopefully it will be brought back next year. I'm just glad they didn't kill off Spangler at the end. I love that guy.

I'm watching. I just wonder about the plot possibilities.

Episode 1: Run from zombies.

Episode 2: Run from zombies.

Episode 3: Run from zombies.

Episode 4: Run fr...ahhh screw it.

Hopefully it's better than that.

It's a great show so far, and yes, it needs more than just zombies, I hope the creators latch onto the survival aspect of the show too, in terms of being a post apoc. world. That is interesting in its own right.

It wouldn't be crazy to think that not only you have to deal with zombies, but other people that want your supplies or shelter, etc. Maybe they'll have issues with other people at the same time of dodging zombies.

And Rubicon was good, took a while but it picked up. Oh, and I think your boy Spangler is gone, that was the cliff hanger, the cloverleaf means you go and get your gun and do the deed. Pretty sure.
