Well, looking at it now I would agree that he should cede some of his power and focus on being a leader of an entire NFL program and becoming a better strategist. And leave the details of implementing that to the people he has hired to work under him. But I am just some guy that gets his info 3rd hand and works off of incomplete info, using assumptions to draw conclusions. -
