If I hear Bill Cowhers rusty ass name in this debate one more time I will bust a nut. He might be the last thing we need.

We need a young coach to coach our young team. Did you see the guy that kicked our asses today? Yeah. He should be energetic, a poo talker, a in your face kind of guy.

A guy like Cowher, or a Dungy (I've heard that name as well) might get us featured on Sportscenter a little more, but if thats what Jerry, and or the fans are worried about then we are a long way off from ever being good again.

His team needs to based on having the best defensive and offensive line in the NFL. Running game coach but willing to air it out when needed. Dont care if he is offensive minded or defensive minded coach. But he needs to hire the best Coordinators possible and let them run the respective team.

      I may be way off base, let’s include this in that questions thread, but with the way the offensive staff turned on each other in 2023 I am happy to see anyone involved, gone. I had a bad feeling about Caldwell over it.

      No poo tho you might could Jenkins for Legette. They got nothing at WR after the big 2 in Cincy. I don’t think you trade away OL depth. Could get a quality player in cuts. Really that 3-4 end spot what you should be looking for is someone who is stout with long arms and can push back the OL in both the run and pass game for others to make plays…. But we signed Wharton, sometimes I think Evero is a fraud ass nerd who should be an analyst at best.

      you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop  & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis
