What's usually on your plate for Thanksgiving?

a bit of turkey. some chicken. plenty of spiral ham (high blood pressure here i come!)

some stuffing

Rice with gravy

green beans

mac and cheese

corn bread

maybe navy beans or whatever kind of beans that are cooked (of course in a separate bowl)

yams or sweet potatoes

dessert: either some cheesecake or chocolate cake

pretty much it. repeat the next day. die of heart attack

other than the standards we do a few non-traditional dishes

- Corn Casserole (the same kind Zod posted about recently)

- Macaroni Pie (my BIL's super secret recipe handed down 5 generations)

- Frito Pie (my wifes hit recipe)

- Vegetable Casserole (I don't eat this poo, but it's supposed to be unique in some way)

My family is all about the leftovers, so the portions are ridiculous

its not a weekend. its always on a thursday. and its a week from today.

thanks...I knew it was a Thursday..but it also tends to turn into a whole weekend of travel issues!!! Was curious if it was going to bite me in the arse this weekend, but hopefully, no!
