'08 hurney trades the '09 first pick away and gets otah (big help he's been this year)

in '09 hurney trades the '10 first rounder away

in '10.....couldn't find a trade partner? whatever it was that kept him from tradiung that pick away this year, i'm happy.

could you imagine the steal some team would have gotten had he traded next year's first rounder away? lot's of complaining about trading away next years 2nd, but it could have been a lot worse.

when AE turns into a monster feared by every team in the NFL, we will finally understand the mad genius of Hurney and bow before his superior ability to evaluate talent and trade away useless draft picks. after all, with what AE is sure to become, what use are draft picks? in fact, we probably should give our first next year away to someone. want the rest of the league to have a chance, after all.

app state fans and gantts everywhere will rejoice soon enough!

Yeah I'm really pissed that we drafted Mike Goodson. That guy sucks.

As good as Goodson is playing, if Williams and Stewart return next season, he's back to being a 3rd string RB.

Picks like Sutton and Goodson are just ridiculous when you have the kind of defensive and offensive line this team has.

could you imagine how pissed everyone would be had we done that?

2nd rounder would have been nice, though. i mean that 33rd is essentially a first round pick, well, it's close anyway.

i hope the pats choke on it.

still...silver lining gurblegurblegurble.

    • Sunday ticket is $5 as well
    • Or if you're going to bet the farm on a small guy who will get rocked by NFL players on a regular basis he better be special. That's what I heard. Regardless, him being vague about it is kind of my point. Few in the media raised any concerns about Bryce's game outright. His passing ability was highly praised across the board even after Stroud had the more impressive Pro Day. There was the dumb debate around batted balls that eventually got squashed and I remember some game tape blogger types talking about his poor footwork, but even that was hand-waved away because he was a "dynamic playmaker" and we had a respected coaching staff that could fix him.
    • Seems to me that the Bucs have less fight in them now than they had in week 16. The real test is going to be if the Panthers can sustain focus and discipline throughout. With the Bucs being at home, maybe that gives them a little boost of confidence and energy.  Wouldn’t it be something if for ONCE the Panthers came out and dominated from the opening snap and just took this shook Bucs team to task?  If the Panthers see-saw form follows, we are in line for the W. Hard to say we have momentum but we do have a pretty clear pattern of following a loss with a win.  I’m going to say 24-16 Panthers!!
