Anyone want to invest in a ruby mine in Western NC?

1.6 acres with a wood out building already on site. Mine has been closed since 2000.

It comes with between 150-200 5 gallon buckets all ready filled with ruby paydirt. Back in 2000, a buckets was going for $60 each. (Depending on the quality of the cons, you might get that in a bag now!)

I'm looking for 5 investors who want to work/own/play with a ruby mine. (I'm not sure if there is an actuall mine or just digging.) There's a stream that borders the property, that we would own 1/2 of. I'm looking for 4 other investors, besides myself. Need to bring $6,000 plus 1/5 incorporation fees. I will pay closing costs to be President of corp.

Of course we won't do any thing until we check it out.

Anyone interested? Next week, I'll work on putting together a perspectus.

I've read up a little on bunkers and think it would be awesome to have one. I'd have to have enough room for a sizeable beer cellar.

If/when we build our next home, it is gonna have one under it... with alternative energy power feeds, a separate water system (well, with hand pump), and basically enough room and supplies to live comfortably for over a year...

I need to see a business plan

I hope to have one next week. I need to take with the listing agent and I don't want to interfer with her Thanksgiving. I'm doing the prelims now.

Incorprate in Nevada or Delaware, low cost and no Corp income tax!

Everyone else, (besides me of course, I get to be President), gets to be Vice President!

    • Ickey still out? He good?
    • You're acting like Bryce put him out for the game and the week when that play happened at 4:01 in Q2. Renfrow was targeted four more times after that. Plus, a hospital ball is a poorly placed pass that puts the receiver in a dangerous position to take a big hit by being late or inaccurate.  Ball is out an on its way here. The catch is made at the 25yd line on the hash. Renfrow jumps for no reason and is airborne when he's hit. Bryce doesn't drift him over in front of the safety on the throw and as we can see from the capture that he had the right read. Could he have also waited a little longer for XL to pop up over the middle on the in route? You won't hear me disagree with that. Would have also likely netted more YAC than Renfrow would've considering positioning and momentum for both players. I like that option better than the one he took, but you're also not going to see me make 10 different threads about it like we've seen this week. 😮
    • This offense is like watching a slow bleed out when you think a merciful death has finally ended the suffering only to see a pinky flinch or hear a faint gasp of air creep from the lungs and through the dried out walls of a flaked throat, making you feel a sliver of hope and obligation to stay with the moribund patient on life support until it passes beyond the void and the undertaker begins his duties--usually around week 6.
