With the lack of negative spin on this guy from what I've seen on this board, I'd be amazed if this guy isn't the one.....I'll go with 90% right now..moving towards 100% with each day. Only negative I've seen is that he hasn't had any traction in interviews for HC in the past.

Fox was the only coach last time to get a 2nd interview...

Most Chargers fans seem to want Rivera to be promoted as their HC and Norv Turner fired. That should tell us something, IMO.

Panthers front runner at this point is clearly ron rivera and barring a huge change of direction he'll end up being their guy

As long as we can find him a competent OC, and he has more guts than Fox as well as an ability to adjust, I'm ok with him.

But if we get another lame OC like we just had, with this guy having his arms up to the elbows in our playbook, I don't see much of a change in your philosophy.

I had only 3 problems with Fox: too conservative(no balls), inability to adjust and too loyal to his QB. Other than that, I think he was a great coach. You can actually combine the last 2 points, cause too loyal and inability to adjust are part of the same problem.
