Steve Reed has just reported from a high league source that if there is no season due to lockout. The panthers Will get the 1st overall pick next year. Now wouldnt you like to get Fairley,Green or Bowers. And then We get lucky with Mr. Luck. As hard as it is to say this. I want a lockout! Bad!!

do it the same weekend as the basketball challenge and that way the huddle will only have to pay me to fly in once!

pretty sure my team would be willing to do an interview after we shut down Zod and company on the basketball court..

we'll even sign a few autographs afterwards and donate them to a cancer charity.. at the end of the day, it's all about the kids..

    • Some people will shift the goal posts but he does still have to consistently help the team win, eventually. Not only help but be the reason. That's what franchise QB's do.
    • One of the Carolina Panthers' newest defenders thinks their pass rush can go from worst to first. ESPN's David Newton recently chatted with outside linebacker Pat Jones II, who signed with the Panthers as a free agent earlier this offseason. Jones comes over from an awfully impressive Minnesota Vikings defense—one that ranked first in takeaways (33), fourth in sacks (49) and second in QB pressure rate (44.4 percent) this past season. And despite a historically-bad campaign by Carolina's defense in 2024, the 26-year-old seems to believe his new unit can be similar—or even better—than his last. "I definitely think we could do something similar, if not better," Jones said, via Newton. "I've seen it before, so I know what it looks like. I look around the building and see we have exactly what it takes to do that." https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/05/24/panthers-pat-jones-vikings-espn/83840667007/?taid=683219b347846900018fa10a&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter     It's the offseason.  Let hope spring eternal. (actually, I think we are much closer than this board thinks)
    • 5 total TDs against the Falcons was pretty good efficiency and he showed that ability to go off scripts and get 2 of those TDs rushing.  How many times did he deliver big time throws against pressure.  I agree we need to see this offense operate at high efficiency which starts with Bryce. When he does I hope the goals posts won’t shift to some other stat like QB sneaks lol
