I'm not a fan of people who rise significantly at the combine. Game isn't played in underwear.

He would have been a top 3 pick guaranteed if he had a different coaching staff while at Miami.

He can play, he was poorly coached. This isn't a Vernon Gholston we are talking about.

The only way this happens is if he is caught hanging out in the scrip club with Pacman before the draft or rapes/kills someone. As I said Bailey has no character concerns.

i am a fan of the U and allen bailey has just awful burst off the line....he is athletic freak and has a great motor but i just dont see how is ever going to be great unless his burst gets alot better

I actually think he is best suited as a 4-3 DT...that way he can use his athleticism to be disruptive and he doesn't have to be a block eater. He should be pretty solid, but its guesswork to say he will be the best in this class.

I think he will excel in a 3-4 system, the guy has the size to play some ut in a 4-3.his burst was decent considering he was a dt playing de in a 4-3.

Plus he used to hunt and chase wild boars lmao.

As a Miami fan I can say the coaching staff was a complete abomination and it is a joke he wasn't an All-American. Since the new Coach came in players have been talking non stop about how hard the first few workouts have been compared to what they endured under their old coach Randy Shammin which was a complete joke of a system from the workouts, to the filmroom, to the gameplan.

great post and interesting opinion.....I love the Fat guy reference. Our d-line has to have a fat guy. Losing Hollis Thomas was the sole reason we were terrible this year......
