Prepare for wild speculation (Larry Fitzgerald)

I think Fitz has a no trade clause in his contract. I would assume he would only waive it for a playoff caliber team. Unfortunately, the only playoff team with a great QB and ammo to pull of such a trade is the....New England Patriots :svengo:

We have ammo... just missing the QB, hopefullay we can get him one in FA to make our team attractive to players such as Fitz or VJax. Despite how bad we were last year, i honestly believe we are only missing a few key pieces to be a playoff team.

Peter King has shed a little light on why the Cardinals might be willing to make this trade.

Fitzgerald is said to want out of Arizona the second his contract is over (he believes the organization is very poorly run) so the Cardinals may be invoking the "better to get something for him than nothing" strategy.

This is crazy talk. Getting something for one of your best players before they leave for nothing?

Why hasn't this been thought of before? It'll never work I tell ya!

fitz gets mad respect from me for handling this the right way......its getting rare these days that a player is willing to play out the contract that he signed even if he does not like the situation

By ammo I meant draft picks. Unless we can work something out with our #1 like mentioned in this thread.
