i like that play he was breaking down... Everybody run a streak and check down to the rb. The street ball/hail mary offense. There is an option route for the wrs to go right at the trash can.

I haven't watched the video, so I'm not commenting on the actual drawing.....but wouldn't the offensive staff be discussing amongst themselves now? Isn't this when the offense is being "created"?

When they do get going on that though, don't expect any of that stuff to make it to video.

The question won't be whether Chud can develop a good offense but whether we have the personnel to run it. We need a TE or two and a quarterback who can run it. I have confidence we either have the TE on board or can find one. But I am not at all confident that we can find a Qb who can run that offense out of the chute.

We might get a stop gap vet but I agree we won't get our franchise guy this year.

That actually is a possibility, though an extremely remote one.

The expectation, however, is that there will be other options. That wasn't true this year.

Pretty much. It's all very well to want something, but it's not gonna happen straight away if it's not there. There's a reason I think Rivera's gonna get a veteran and compete with Clausen this year, it's by far the most logical move. I'm glad the franchise isn't ran by trigger-happy fans.
