I love alien invasion/monster movies, and this one looks like it could be pretty decent. I like that it's more from the perspective of grunts on the ground. Logically, though, if aliens really wanted us all dead they have much better ways to do it than by using their military. If, 30,000 years from now, we humans find a planet with natives who are thousands of years less developed than us and we wanted to colonize it, we would probably just experiment on them until we find a strain of flu or cold that is incredibly fatal to them and spread it throughout their atmosphere.
