Kiper has Cam as one of the first QB off the board

I know there are other Cam threads floating around, I just wanted to post this for every saying he's a late first-early second round pick. He also stated he likely won't make it out of the top five after this latest workout. People who are saying we should trade down and maybe select him then it's not happening.

Alot of people are say there are no Elite QB in this draft, but what Newton is an Elite talent. Not saying he's a better prospect than luck or manning but he does have once in a generation talent. If i'm handling Newton as much as i want to see it, I don't let him throw at the combine. I don't see a reason for a top 10 lock to potentially drop his stock.

With the value of qb being a higher than any other position and us needing a qb, How can a guy being projected as the 5th best prospect not be good enuff for number 1? We averaged 12 points a game last year and most of the huddle wants us to draft a defensive player?

We for the first time in ages have a chance to Get the best qb prospect in the draft. How often will we be able to say we have our pick of the litter? How often does a 6'6 250 player with a rocket arm and 4.4 speed come along?

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
