I had a Foreman before when I lived in an apt. They are nice, but they can't even sniff a gas grilles taint.

Charcoal/Hickory wood mix is the way to go for outdoor grilling (for me, anyway). I was talking about a quick, easy, no thought required dinner on a weeknight.

chicken chili. just improvise. its hard to screw it up. start with your veg stock/mirepoix; add other veg 9especially tomoato - if you don't put actual tomaotoes in your chili something is wrong with you); add chicken (cooked and pulled or chopped); add white beans or some type o bean; load that mother up with cayenne, ancho chili powder, regular chili powder, cumin, S&P; reduce heat and simma. add more celery about five minutes before your done for that crunch.

also, if you want a really good and simple marinade for chicken tits, mix the following in a food processor (or blender):

lime juice

lime zest

cilantro

garlic

olive oil

if the girl is away, i'll add jalapeno or some other pepper. you can also add a little honey if you want it to be sweeter (but obviously this cuts the tartness from the lime juice). you want the finished product to be a thick, green liquid that looks foamy after you blend it. you do not want some thin, translucent liquid with just a few flecks of green/cilantro. if that's what you end up with you need lots more cilantro.

I sometimes marinate in a asian sauce called mamasita's, mixed with some vinegar, brown sugar, honey, and pepper. Then I mix some of the mamasita's in with some kraft bbq (just enough to thicken it so it will cling to the meat better). I grill the chicken, and just before its done, I brush the sauce mixture on. I called it Filipino/North Carolina fusion.

You guys all must love to cook. I'll do an in depth recipe like the ones suggested about 2-3 times a month max.

Cook some chicken and throw some Italian dressing in with it. Put it on top of rice. And thorw a bag of vegatables in the microwave for 5 mins. Super easy. Not as tasty as others suggestions I'm sure but who wants to spend an hour in the kitchen cooking after working all day? really?

I think I might have to make that marinade

I like to do "rotisserie" chicken in the crock pot. You need a rack that fits in the bottom of your crock pot or just ball up a few balls of foil. Season chicken, put the chix on the rack or on top of the foil if that's what you used and cook the whole chicken in the crock till tender but not falling apart. Finish off under the broiler to brown the skin. Its easy and makes fall off the bone goodness to use for anything you need cooked chicken for.

Brunswick Stew made with chicken

Chicken teriyaki

aussie chicken

chicken quesadillas

Chicken pot pie

southwestern eggrolls

I love that recipe site btw, I use it a lot.

    • Seems to me that the Bucs have less fight in them now than they had in week 16. The real test is going to be if the Panthers can sustain focus and discipline throughout. With the Bucs being at home, maybe that gives them a little boost of confidence and energy.  Wouldn’t it be something if for ONCE the Panthers came out and dominated from the opening snap and just took this shook Bucs team to task?  If the Panthers see-saw form follows, we are in line for the W. Hard to say we have momentum but we do have a pretty clear pattern of following a loss with a win.  I’m going to say 24-16 Panthers!!
    • When Parcell’s said Bryce better “walk on water”…..the implied concern wasn’t that the tiny QB could survive being hit.  It was acknowledging he would have to be extremely special to overcome the handicaps he would face at this level.  Which he isn’t and can’t.  which isn’t just being hit.  It’s being able to play in an NFL pocket and make NFL throws from it….and that ultimately is Bryce’s problem.  He doesn’t play well from a NFL pocket and can’t make all the throws as needed.  He can’t see as others can.  Which impacts the throws he does and doesn’t take.  It also impacts him bailing and killing plays and turning them into scrambles/dead plays
    • 9:30 kick off here in Scotland, which is better than the 01:20 early hours of Monday that I feared. Will definitely be watching, but probably wouldn't if it had been 0120 as I need to be up for work at 05:45. Falcons Saints is 6pm on the Sunday so will watch that too if it becomes relevant
