Just got an update on him. They did a cathederization and found no blockages, but his cardiac enzymes are still really high. They're doing a CT scan now.

Anyone in here know what all that means?

My enzymes were elevated for a few days after mine. I was in the hospital for a week, until they finally lowered.

Z, ask questions. Call up there and speak to a nurse. Tell them you want to know everything that's going on.

The CT scan may be to look for causes of the attack, since it wasn't a blockage.

I wish you all the best. My dad just had a scare with an enlarged aorta(???) valve that they thought would require open heart surgery. Thankfully no surgery is needed and it can be treated with other means. I hope everything works out the best for you and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts
