I'm with you Z, I commonly do ketchup and mustard, but I hear that ketchup on a hot dog makes you a social pariah in places like chicago.

FWIW, I think hot dogs should be a dynamic food. Sometimes I want a chili cheese dog, sometimes I want kraut and pickles, sometimes just catsup and other times I want it loaded.

That is the beauty of it, you can taylor it to your specific wants at the time.
