I actually cleaned up a mess like that when some woman sprayed diarrhea all over a bathroom stall. It covered the back of the wall and the sides of the stall up to like 3 feet. Floor and toliet were covered. Looked like poop spray paint. Still not sure if it was a prank or not. Didn't look physically possible.
