I'm not seeing anything about Carolina handing out a $7.5M contract to anyone. 

Those are the confirmed moves as of now, minus the Miller deal. 

Cap space at $19.032M

Or…and hear me out. There weren’t any R dman and miller will play his offside with Slavin. Would not be that bad truthfully.  Pesce did it and it worked.

There were a couple good RHD, but, for whatever reason, the Canes took a pass.
